Crazy Girlfriend Struggle

“I met up with a guy I knew from high school for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Right in the middle of dinner, this lady walked up, and at first I couldn’t tell what was going on…. at first it looked like maybe just somebody he knew who was just playing with him, cause she was going off on him, but also laughing, but i didn’t think she was serious. Just thought it was how sometimes people who know each other like that will play like that.

Turned out it was his girlfriend who had lived with him for over a year with her child, who he had not told me about, and she had suspected he was up to something and followed him to see where he was going. I think at first she had been laughing b/c she was still sort of in disbelief. I respectfully told her I had not known that he had a girlfriend and would not even be here with him if I had. She was all like, “Girl, you good, you aint do nothing wrong.”

Only the more she went off on him, the more worked up she got.

Next thing she’s calling me all kinda bitches and hoe’s. So I’d had a few drinks, so found myself in her face before I realized what I was doing. Then he’s getting all between us trying to break it up. I didn’t care to ever see him again, I was just mad cause I didn’t do anything to this lady, and now she’s disrespecting me personally the way she’s talking.

So she’s all like, “You wanna step outside?” I considered it, came to the conclusion this was the worst idea I’d ever had in my life, lol. She was WAY too calm about asking to go outside. To me, that means she probably fights a lot, so no way I’m gonna win, even though i was like twice her size. So I just started reasoning with her instead. I told her I had been respectful, that I had apologized to her, despite having done nothing wrong from my end, so now why is she calling me all kind of names. She apologized.

Then she grabs his hand, like, “We’re going home.” He walks off lookin like a whipped puppy (he had already paid, thank God!). Then I’m like, well, what am I still doin here? So I walk out right behind them.

Then as we walked out, everybody in the whole restaurant started clapping. I was soooooo embarrassed!!!! I didn’t set foot back in that restaurant for a long time! A week later she left him and took EVERYTHING he owned with her…. TV, appliances, everything! that’s what he get! LOL!

After that, he was all blowing up my phone, trying to make it sound like he had been wanted her gone and just couldn’t get rid of her. He texted, “How do I put this? I’ve had an unwelcome houseguest for 6 months now.” LIke she just didn’t have anywhere to go and he felt sorry for her and her kid, but they weren’t really together.

I was like, “Well, I don’t think she got the memo that y’all are not together, and when she came in there actin like that, you didn’t say, ‘We aint a couple, so you can’t tell me what to do!’ You just totally denied everything” I just ignored his calls after that, LOL. After that, though, I learned to be a lot more suspicious and not so trusting.

Have you ever noticed this? Dudes will complain about their women not trusting them, and they’ll say she is making him pay for everything wrong previous guys did to her. But the MAIN ones saying that are ALWAYS the ones who are cheating on their girlfriends!!! And then, when they get caught, and you find out they have a girl, they always say the same thing. That she drove em to cheat by being so suspicious and non-trusting.

I don’t never hear the honest guys complaining about women not trusting them. I think it’s cause, deep-down, a woman knows if a man really loves her or not.”
